1) CRITICAL ILLNESS – 7 ILLNESSES

This is an insurance program which has 15 years duration for which you receive accelerated critical illness benefits.

  Benefits:

• Life insurance
• Accidental death benefit
• Waiver of premium in the case of permanent disability
• Insurance coverage if diagnosed with one of the following conditions:

Cancer

Heart attack

Stroke

Coronary artery diseases requiring surgery

Kidney failure

Major organ transplant

Blindness

This program may be offered to males and females aged 18-55. The minimum coverage may be €20,000 and the maximum €50,000.

2) CRITICAL ILLNESS -32 ILLNESSES

This insurance program offers accelerated critical illness benefits for 32 illnesses if diagnosed with one of the following conditions:

Major cancers

Heart attack

Stroke

Coronary Artery by-pass surgery

Kidney failure

Aplastic anaemia

Blindness (loss of sight)

End stage lung disease

End stage liver failure

Coma

Deafness (loss of hearing)

Heart valve surgery

Loss of speech

Major burns

Major organ/bone marrow transplantation

Multiple sclerosis

Paralysis (loss of use of limbs)

Parkinson’s disease

Surgery of Aorta

Alzheimer’s disease/ sever dementia (prior to age 60)

Fulminant hepatitis

Primary pulmonary hypertension

Terminal illness

Benign brain tumour

Encephalitis

Poliomyelitis

Bacterial meningitis

Major head trauma

Apallic syndrome

Other serious coronary artery disease

Progressive scleroderma

Systemic lupus Erythematosus with Lupus Nephritis
